In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we’ve updated our returns policy to help you shop at ease through these strange times:
Changed your mind or something isn’t quite right? Don’t worry, our returns are free and easy. As part of our new store opening specials and for us to get to know each other better, we are offering free returns and extended exchanges on all orders (for a limited period only due to the current Covid-19 situation). You may choose from one of the following options:
- Exchange for an alternate size or style
- Store credit refund
Important Information to note:
- Item(s) must be returned within 45 days* from the date of receipt.
- Item(s) must be returned in perfect condition - unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging and tags.
- Each order is only valid for a one-time return/exchange.
- Sale items will be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Please be aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.
- If your return does not meet the requirements listed, we reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange on merchandise.
We understand that size and fit are important and we’re here to make your experience a better one. If your purchased item does not fit quite right, you may exchange it for an alternate size or style. Do note that conditions listed above do apply. Exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. If a merchandise is exchanged for item(s) of a lower value, the outstanding purchase value will not be refunded and will be automatically forfeited.
Store Credit Refunds
All refunds will only be made via store credits. Store credits will be valid for 12 months* from the date of issue.
